Has made their “significant” greens renovation public and are beating the drum for new memberships. Curious to see how extensive these renovations will be.

“ We are thrilled to announce a significant greens renovation project beginning May 4, 2026.
Membership operations will continue as normal during this time. If you join before the renovation, your rates will be grandfathered for the next 12 months. New members who sign up after the renovation is complete will be subject to higher rates and a new initiation fee.
Join now to take advantage of our current rates and avoid these upcoming changes.”

I only played there once, but I remember not liking it for the price.

Any idea the extent of the renovation? Are they dozing the turtle backs?

i really don't expect much when i'm paying $50-$65 for a round that isn't even discounted to that.

Supposed to be a full greens renovation, bunker renovation, a brand-new short game area with a 5,000 sq. ft. green and bunker, and a rebuilt driving range tee with expanded capacity.

They’ve removed a couple of tennis courts for the driving range/short game expansion. I heard they are putting up a net too which is great and will keep balls off #2 fairway.

Looking forward to the reno. Ironically greens are in best shape I have seen them in like 10 years. Current conditions are not sustainable though and the reno is sorely needed.

We played it yesterday and other than a few greens having some bad spot, they were mostly in good shape. I couldn't get a ball to stay on almost all of them but that is a different issue.

Started Tuesday. All 18 are open but front nine has temporarily greens while work continues on regular greens. Normal play in back nine. Fees reduced to $35 with cardholders paying $25.
