I’m with ya 3, I don’t understand this whole reno and I’m surprised the members went for it. No golf for a year, assessments, and welcome back here’s a 175 foot putt for double mr havacamp.

I can’t wait for this Reno to be done cause all the MCC and TPC members are currently occupying tee times at bayou oaks.
Hopefully my lagniappe pass gets me on both places when they open back up

They really should put a black-out screen on the fence and build a line of trees all down Airline -- much like NOCC does on Metairie Road...
I realize it will take a number of years to fill in, but at least it will eventually hide the hideous Airline Highway.

It seems like something they would have taken care of when they were doing the rest of the renovations???
Maybe it's a money issue and they'll just do it later.
I haven't played the course since Katrina. I can't recall but was Airline always that visible from the course?

They aren’t completely finished out there yet. The chain link fence I’m sure is just a construction fence that’s temporary.

The chain link is staying. They started putting up wind screen on it yesterday.
