Walked Keeton Park in Dallas today. Shot 84, but it was my first round with new clubs and since Christmas. I'm also working on lifting my front foot and slamming it in the ground off the tee for more speed so had 3 reloads.

Overall good to be back out there, but didn't post a good score at all.

Playing Olde Oaks Friday morning. I finally got an official GHIN handicap and need to pump in some scores.

Does anyone think courses in our area should have much grass on fairways after an ice storm? Come on man........lol.

Managed to get a round in at Carter this morning in just over four hours. 38/41 for a 79. One of the first few groups out at 7:45 this morning.

Marshall said they had 215 people booked today, and zero openings until 2:30 this afternoon. I felt bad for the poor bastards stacked up on #1 as we finished up our round

82 at Beau Chene Magnolia course
83 at Fallen Oak
A BILLION today at Grand Bear. Got completely lost in the wilderness and couldn’t hit the ball today after 2nd hole. A complete brain meltdown, mental midget type of performance. New swing changes out the window and the old swing nowhere to be found either. A complete shite show. Ouch.

Farm d’Allie tee’d off at 1:36 and didn’t finish because of how backed up the course was.

+10, but ended with a birdie on 16 so I was happy going in. Course is in good shape and will green up nicely come spring.

77 w/ an Eagle and a birdie at Muni in Lafayette.
I didn’t hit it all that well all day, but managed to scramble.

Chris, the new pro, is trying to bring the place to its best form. It will be interesting to see going forward.

ETA: Damn, we got some salty folks out early on a Sunday

Played Carter today.

97

40 putts!

Thin lies and fast greens.

Maniacal pins on many holes.

I need putting help.

Played Santa Maria for first time ever. Very beautiful course. Pretty fast greens. Some small circular grass growing on some of the greens.

Sand was easy to get out of.

Took some time on first couple holes to get used to the landscape. Shot a 107.

Played Links on the Bayou Saturday. It was in the best shape that I have seen it in a long time. They are prepping for the APT Tour event there this week.

20mph north winds and the blue tees were pushed way back added up to a cool 106.

Played 9 on Saturday at City Park with my daughter. Her first time on the course. Shot 2 over 34 with 7 pars and 2 bogeys (#1 and #5).

Walked 18 at Pelican Point Lakes Sunday. Shot 8 over 78. A couple doubles were my undoing and they were both brain farts. Did hit the par 5 18th in two and made a 2 putt birdie to end it.
