The DP World Tour has won the Sports Resolutions arbitration hearing against LIV players, whose £100,000 fines for playing in the inaugural LIV London event have been upheld. They will be eligible for further fines and suspensions going forwards.

A ruling in favor of Europe means Sergio Garcia, Lee Westwood, Ian Poulters and others are likely to resign their membership. It was the first court decision since LIV Golf began in June.
Pretty big deal, but I’m ready for a few select posters to

DP World Tour is dying. They needed the LIV guys for star power but they cut off their nose to spite their face.
It’s a nobody Tour now. Good luck in the Ryder Cup.

The tour LIV golfers were suing desperately trying to play for world ranking points. That’s who. For some reason it was a huge deal and great win when LIV players were simply granted a stay, but now that the case is settled people don’t want the news? Weird
This is one of the actual pieces of real news regarding LIV in the last 6 months or so, so naturally people don’t want to actually discuss it

Jeez, you’re ate up man. It’s ok. If LIV is so bad and terrible, it’ll work itself out.

The European tour has won a key court case in the ongoing dispute with LIV Golf that allows the tour to fine players competing on the Saudi-funded rival league without permission
So they aren’t independent contractors. They are employees. Isn’t that one of the things you hate about LIV. Quick 180 for you.
It’s not a big deal. They will just resign from that tour.

I played a scramble out there on Monday and got smoked in the knee by a drive on 18.

DLP is actually the biggest loser here as the LIV players will just play on the Asian Tour which will cause the DLP to be a Single A Golf farm league.

This lawsuit is now dropped.
