I personally think fines should absolutely stand. The players agreed to that. Up to them to try and fight against it if they choose too

I hated the format of liv and I hated how it separated the worlds best players. I liked how golf was played before and I like the best playing together. And yea, I was very interested. I wanted golf to get back to how it was with the worlds best all playing together. Never said I wasn’t invested or interested

The NFL - AFL merger also needed congressional action to avoid antitrust scrutiny. A lawyer was just on Golf Channel before Brandel explaining that this merger could have some similar issues. That's another factor to consider before this becomes reality.

I guess we'll just say, gratuitously, that you are the single most misunderstood poster in this site's history when it comes to these big, slowly unfolding events and stories. The amount of time you've spent "correcting the record" on your opinions and beliefs on things like this and COVID is and will be almost as much time as you spent posting your original thoughts, which every person who has read them apparently misunderstood.

What do you think “make the contracts null and void” mean?
I wanted whatever it took for liv and the pga being separate to end. If LIV owns everything but golf goes back to how it was, who cares? We don’t see a dime of anything. All that matters to me is what is put on tv. With liv and the pga being separate, what was on tv was worse

All I ever wanted was golf how it was before. The best golfers playing together in the traditional tournaments. If this brings that it’s fantastic
