We advise against suing us because you will never be able to collect.

Why exactly is LIV trying at this point? Just file bankruptcy. Not paying people is just embarrassing

It’s admitting openly you can’t pay people instead trying to still swindle more people….

Yeh, the drama is exiting a contract and not paying what you owe

LIV Golf CEO Scott O’Neil cites ’billions’ in net operating losses as one benefit to keeping tour alive

Scott O’Neil is pitching hard the investment opportunities with LIV Golf.

The league’s CEO took his pitch to Sportico on Thursday, citing one of the several benefits of investing in LIV Golf as the tax opportunities from net operating losses “in the billions.”

“We have net operating losses that are very substantial in the billions,” O’Neil said. “If you do business in the United States, if you do business in the U.K., you have an unbelievable tax opportunity.”

Directly contradicting what Rahm just said but I’m sure Joel on Twitter knows more

The CEO is too busy trying to get people to invest in his company to lose money for a tax write off.

Rolapp very clearly schooled in the Roger Goodell “go for the jugular” mindset.

I was never taught that in Business class.
