We entered the pro shop at LaTour in the aftermath of his failed "tournament". The old boy working was fuming about the jackasses on Tiger Droppings.
I hadn't signed up to play mahootney's "tournament", but I still didn't have the courage to tell the guy checking us in that I have been a TD member for 10+ years.
He was so mad I think he would have punched me or hit me with a 5 iron.

Forgot how many signed up on TD, but a handful showed up. To be fair the weather absolutely sucked and rain hit before some finished the front 9. Dude was pissed because he blocked tee times and was expecting a pretty good crowd, can't really blame him. BTW, he is no longer at LaTour.

I"m in pending timing. We looked at joining Berry Creek, but quickly looked the other way given distance and pricing. Hve never played there.

Very hit and miss. The owners are terrible.
I've heard they are in a water well rights fight with the City of Sugarland.
I played Greatwood the first week it opened, it was as good as any in the area at that time.
Still a good layout, but needs some investment to get it back to top shape.
