How far do you hit your PW and what's your handicap

I average around 100 with a 27 handicap.

I'm interested in what I can do to increase my distance. I'm trying to stop swinging so much over the top, but my swing speed is down with the new path.

105. 45 degrees. 14.1 this morning. (52 week low 10.8- hopefully I’ll improve with the weather!)
However, mileage varies mostly depending on whether I strike the golf ball properly or not.
If there is a boundary long, I can carry it 150. If there is water short, with a 95 carry- I can hit it 93.5 yards.
