Saw it this weekend and my cousin was guilty. 4 man scramble, three balls on the green, cousin picks up all three balls and decides he wants to play the ball on the fringe instead. He goes first and proceeds to chip it. I made him do it over using a putter and a warning to never touch another mans balls.
