Denied, judge just ruled in the Tours favor being reported by the Golf Channel.

Big win for the Tour.

Ruled that the LIV Players are not being harmed .

It's not really. The LIV players made more just for signing than they could if they won the playoffs. Hard to argue that you're being financially burdened by the suspension when that's the case.

Exactly.

Reported that the Judge offered a couple of calender dates, if not accepted, the next case hearing would be in 2025.

I read on Twitter that the trial date is set for next August. So the LIV guys are going to be stuck there for at least another season.

What will be interesting is if a LIV Player decides to leave them and tries to go back to the Tour.
