Most courses going to be aerifying soon if they havent already. For Houston folks i know Cypress Lakes has done theirs last week. Cypresswood Tradition where i was working did that one Tuesday the 28th, Meadowbrook Farms in Katy where i start working next week is scheduled for June 10.

Copper Mill is 90 degree today. But I am hearing the greens are rough.

If you walk like golf was meant to be played, you don’t have to worry about whether the carts are allowed on the grass.

It blows my mind that people look at me like I have 4 eyes when I tell them I prefer to walk.

Played Riverlands down in Laplace today. Course isn't in bad shape overall. Greens were OK and rolled pretty well. Mostly dry so carts were off paths

I was hoping to get my first round of the year in today but I have too much off season rust in my game to start off playing Augusta National Wind Tunnel. Wind was blowing 40 to 45 mph today.

Played in the Four Ball at Beaver Creek Saturday, course is in excellent shape. Greens are awesome

Beavers greens are good. I wouldn’t call them awesome. They’re still dormant and have dead spots especially on the back nine. They rolled fine but I see why supers use green paint/fertilizer and green sand on dead spots. Fools a ton of people.
