Did any of y'all play Wizards and Warriors? Took me forever to beat that one.

I never beat it but I loved the music from that game.

SMB3
Zelda
RBI Baseball
Darkwing Duck/Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers (the disney games are all so similar that I feel the need to lump them together lol)
Pac-Man (mostly for nostalgia reasons. my dad and I used to stay up incredibly late trying to get 8 blue keys...of course not realizing that you could keep going to like 256 keys or whatever the limit actually is)

The original Wizzards and warriors I beat. Never played the second.
I thought that was one of the easier games I beat. It’s been a long time though.
Now that TMNT original game and Fester’s quest, Super Pitfall, and more that pissed me off from hours and hours that I couldn’t get pass the same spot, no matter how much time I spent.

I should probably change my list and remove Metroid for Mega Man 2, 2 was just a sick game.

I never got any of the mega man games, I remember kids at school loving the series though. They seemed fun

My favorites:
Super Mario Brothers 3 may be the GOAT NES game.
Little League Baseball - still holds up to baseball games today I'd bet.
RBI Baseball is one my friends and I got really into in college. We played full seasons with playoffs and a World Series. I'd make a bet that I can beat most people at this...I'll take the Mets and you can have anybody you want, and I won't even pitch Gooden.
Golf. As in the basic game that was one of the first NES games. I played hundreds (if not more) games of that. I just love it.
Last spot would be one of the following, depending on my mood: TMNT:Arcade, Excitebike, Contra, RC Pro-Am, Double Dribble, Super Dodge Ball.

Owned it. Great game, but given the catalog of the NES, barely like top 20 or 30
On that note, should throw Bionic Commando out there, probably a Top 20 game.
And not a Top 20 game but Bad Dudes. No NES thread is complete without mentioning Bad Dudes.

Not taking that bet. Because you would likely pitch Orosco and he's harder to hit than Gooden IMO

I pitched Ojeda to start, then brought in Orosco the side-armer who was hard to hit like you said. Every now and then I had to bring in Gooden if the innings lasted too long or if it went into extras, which was good bc he was good for at least 6 or 7 innings.
Also, for whatever reason I could never get into Legend of Zelda. But I did enjoy watching my friends play it sometimes...I just always found it sort of boring to play myself.
