An overlooked gem for the Genesis. It's basically 16-bit Mass Effect.

Katrina wiped out my atari cartridge collection.

Probably have some C-64 games in a box in the attic.

It used to be Atari, but all that shite was lost in the flood, so now it's either NES Zelda (I don't know if that survived) or Jazz Jackrabbit.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit for the Apple IIe. It worked last a year ago...when I started it up recently, it was kaput.

I think if I clean the disc readers the computer will work fine.

I'm trying to do a graphical hack on my emulator where your avatar is a fleur de lis and the aliens are Buds, Panthers, and Failcons logos.

I figured you would. One thing a few people mentioned was the impact of the recent flooding. My parent's house was flooded and my old Atari 800 computer was there along with a bunch of floppy disks for it. However, the games and system were above the water. I ended up just throwing them away regardless because I would never boot up that old hardware. Emulators are too convenient, especially for those old floppy disk games.

Hard to believe that you owned that game first when it wasn't really popular until later.

You must have gotten an N64 later in its run. And gotten the n64 JUST to to play this (at first). And this wasn't the game people did this for at the time.

Golden Eye and Mario? Yes.

and

Among many other Atari 2600 games, all working, all in a covered case. Still hook that bad boy up once a year and have fun.

Pong, Tank Fight, Basketball, Golf, etc.

Side story about that. First time I ever saw Super Smash Bros. was at a place here in BR called "GameLAN" on Nicholson. Anyone remember that place? You would go there, pay an hourly fee, and play LAN games with others on their PC's. This was before most people had high speed internet.

Anyway, they had an N64 off to the side for customers to play when they weren't on the PC's and someone brought SSB right after release. It seemed like no one had heard of it prior to this reveal and everyone was crowded the TV watching. I remember thinking it had to be some sort of boot leg game because Nintendo would never allow all of their characters to be in a fighting game.

NES games. Somehow we ended up with 3 copies of the original Zelda. We have about 30 titles in our collection. My grandmother, RIP, made a "Nintendo Bible" during her retirement where she put together a book of strategy, secrets, etc.

My brother in law, who was borrowing my SEGA Genesis, lent it to a co-worker without telling me. Guess what happened? He never got it back, along with classics like Jurassic Park, Mortal Kombat, Ren and Stimpy game, Desert Strike, Greatest Heavyweights, Sonic I/II, and several others. Son of a bitch.

I stumbled upon original Pokemon Blue and Red, Tetris, Super Mario World I and II and two GameBoy pockets the other day. I have the original GameBoy. It turns on but the screen is shot.

For me it was a copy of Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, Super Mario 2, Super Mario 3, and the original Mike Tyson Punchout.
