I personally prefer 360. I like the ps3 and all but the 360 controller just feels right when its in my hands. The ps3 does have the free online play and a bluray player which are plusses, but the controller doesn't feel right to me. Pc just gets old quickly. It can be awesome if you build or buy the right setup, but it just doesn't appeal to me like my 360 does.

I've had all 3 current systems. PS3 is by far the best.

I also have all 4 gaming systems ... PC, 360, PS3 and Wii ... and I have also tested at EA in the past on all systems ... IF you are going to get a system just to play MW3, I would go with the 360 b/c the online play is MUCH smoother and historically has been more stable. However, it costs $60 a year where as the PS3 is free for online. As mentioned before the PS3 is a great system as well and has the ability to play Blu-Ray and also is 3D compatible. I haven't done any online gaming on the PS3 in the past year, so the online capabilities may have been improved.

No one is insulting your PC gaming. He is already buying a system, so he needs advice on which one. Unless you can somehow prove that buying/building a PC is a better choice than buying a console for a game like MW3 and just that game, just quiet down please.

PS3er myself, but from what I hear xbox live is far superior for connectivity etc and online gaming.

They both let you play online perfectly fine, its just the other stuff that sets each one apart.

If you are ONLY playing mw3 just get whatever is cheaper because they are exactly the same (PS3 joysticks last longer, all my 360 controllers have a little slack around the middle that makes precision aiming more difficult)
If you want the best all around console get a ps3 for bluray, free online, easier media center setup

I have a PS3 and love it. But, my next gen will be the 720 mainly cause more of my friends do the Xbox thing. Unless PS4 brings it big time....
