i've got a 46" samsung lcd tv at 120hz. 
keyboard and mouse are also good. but, i'll be using a controller if it allows me. i'm like a retard when i comes to fps' and keyboards and mice.

I don't do TV's as a monitor so I will let the experts talk to that. A lot of games have 360 controller built in and some even need it (frick dark souls), so you will need Win7 also.
