Wanting to upgrade to either PS4 Pro or Xbox one X

From xbox 360, i dont keep up with info on consoles too much so i was wondering what the consensus would be on the GB.
I was leaning to ps4, some of their exclusives seem more interesting.
Im sure this debate has been had on here at some point, but putting yourself in the position of a casual gamer may bring a different POV, havent done or cared to do much "competition" stuff in over half a decade.

PS4 if you want good exclusives. Xbox if you just want to play your old 360 games with slightly better graphics.

Patently false. All of the major shooters other than PUBG are on both unless you are specifically talking about the abortion that Halo has become.
Two of the most popular; Destiny and CoD both have DLC exclusivity rights with with Sony.

PS4. I say that as someone who was XBOX1 since launch and just picked up my PS4 a couple months ago.
The exclusives are much better on PS4. The Yakuza series alone is worth a PS4 purchase. God of War is one of the best experiences I've had. Uncharted 4 is cool. The Show is the best sports experience.
I'm now moving away from XBOX towards PS going forward. If XBOX in the future ups their exclusives game I'll add it to the group.

Destiny 2 is one of the worst shooters ever made. God of war is very overrated due to 30 fps hampering the experience.
3rd party games on ps4 are basically unplayable.

360 does have a lot of great games. I'm not spending $400 on a new system to replay them though.
