I'm level 27. One upgrade from 28 (I think)
But im kinda at a stand still. Feel lke I can't get good enough stuff in lvl 24 strikes but am I high enough to do the lvl 28 weekly nightfall?

I did it right after I turned 27. As long as you have a good team, you will do fine.

I read that you can't reload it. It regenerates ammo in the magazine after a certain period of time.

Oh I'm definitely buying it tonight. Maybe the Hunter chest as well since the last exotic engram I bought with my hunter gave my a titan helm.

First Suros Regime and now Icebreaker. PVP is completely different now. Also the raid will be so much easier now with a team full of icebreakers.

Yeah I missed out on the first week of offerings. Lately there hasn't been much I wanted to buy either, since I already received them from the nightfall or cryptarch. It's definitely more rewarding for the newer players as they didn't ever really have to farm. The sad bit is it makes your one time exotic Engrams rewards seem less special now though hahah.
