And then scold you for killing the things you had no choice in killing. . .



That is the overall theme. It is truly tiresome.

If you haven't played how do you know I am trolling? Everything I said is true.

Say what y’all want, but I actually enjoy the game so far! Everyone is too wrapped up in the story, but the gameplay is legit.

Naughty Dog became a bunch of pretentious pricks real fast. Lets preach about the futility of violence while making the player be violent and making money off of one of the most violent mainstream games to date but since we are teaching you, we really aren't hypocrites.

Lets take a couple of awesome characters and totally destroy everything about their past while making the player play the very person responsible for the brutal murder of said beloved character.

And while we are at it, how about we force the player to kill a dog then make them feel horrible about it. And even though we want you to understand the anti-hero and where she is coming from, lets make her the most psychotic killer in the game with zero compassion or guilt over her victims.

Lets take the young girl that taught Joel to be human again and make her miserable and totally destroy all vestiges of her humanity.

I won't buy another Naughty Dog game ever again and in retrospect I'll bad mouth their other games.

I was wrong. Coyote was right Uncharted sucks.

Agreed. I am trading in all Naughty Dog games as soon as I can.

So gameplay is great and story is shite. That’s what most are saying

if anything the combat in the first half of the game was dull and the second half was fun and the very last area was really fun.

i think the game shouldve been set up differently with starting out as abby and you have no idea who she is and at the end you realize shes hunting joel. would've been much better.

but look i think it's clear Drukmann wants the player to feel for Abby and he kinda pulls it off. at the very end i was like damn ellie just let the girl go. mainly this is because of Lev.

also, they shouldve made the clan (Rattlers) at the end of the game into more of the game. These people were insanely crazy


I hated joel dying and i hated playing abby even more in the beginning. but by the end I got it. I just think she shouldn't have looked so borderline ridiculous physique wise and she would've been better.

Abby’s story is meant to mirror Joel’s. She’s a deplorable human being who through protecting and caring for a child (Lev) regains her humanity. I completely understand why some people don’t like it. Joel was a beloved character and the last thing many people want is to see his killer’s side of the story or to see that her actions were actually justified.
