Good looking out. I never finished Witcher 3 and now know not to. I'm only a maybe 1/3 through the game, and I'll uninstall.
I just can't do it. It used to weird me out back in the day when dudes would play as WOW females just to look at them.
I don't need a game that has romance arcs--I don't care about having a girlfriend or wife in a game--Ive had plenty of both in real life. And I'm not playing as a female.
I was in combat arms for over 20 years with all guys. Leave the sword play (no pun intended) to the gender that is actually good at it.

TW3 is in the argument for greatest game of all time.
If you enjoyed the first couple chapters I wouldnt let a 15 minute sequence with Ciri stop me from enjoying 40-60 hours of incredible gaming, but your call.
She's OP for sure, but its because she can literally shift time and location and it was native to the book so its not as though its some manufactured feminist statement on the patriarchy or something.

Compared to the books where Ciri is abducted by a gang of psychopathic murderers who take turns arguing about who gets to rape a 14 year old girl before she’s finally coerced into a relationship with a masochistic lesbian pedophile I thought it was entirely innocuous.

Lets be honest Geralts ending in the books was an absolute shame. He deserved better. I get he foreshadowed that very thing many times but come on... hes THE Witcher! He deserved better.
