And this is why I can't play this game on school nights. It was midnight a second ago. Goddamn this thing sucks you in.

Does anyone have this on Wii U? How does it run? It's taking all of my willpower to not buy a Switch just for this game. Trying to save that money for a new PC but it's so hard. I randomly stop at places on my way home from work bc I'm "just curious" if they are in stock, knowing damn well I'm insta buying it if it's there.

I do. Never played on switch so I can't compare. No gameplay issues that I can see. No graphic rendering issues or lagging.

My friend has his for Wii U and I have it for Switch. We played next to each other last night and I could see the difference, a LOT. Graphically the game looks almost the same, but his frame rate was pretty much consistently lower the entire time.
Not bad enough to not play. It wasn't like <10FPS, it was just not perfect like my switch version.

Yeah I have the Wii U version.
Main difference being if you enter into areas that have a lot of NPC interaction or buildings as well as weather effects, you're gonna find frames in the 20s and no higher. It's even stopped on me before fighting a fricking lynel of all things.
Those motherfrickers even cause frame rate problems #OP.

It was 11:00, so I figured I'd play for an hour before calling it. Didn't get around to stopping until four in the morning.

I have it on wii u. There's been an occasional slow down, but nothing I would consider bad. Barely noticeable.

I have a work trip to Tokyo coming up in Septemeber. I can't wait to take this bad boy on the 14 hr flight and have a marathon session with no judgment from the wife.

Pretty sure I figured out which shrine you claimed earlier wasn't tested fully and easily beaten

Heading home early simply to play Zelda. This game is amazing.

Yeah it's over by the swamp area. I stamped every wooded area on the map and found it

Got a few towers in the northwest part of the map that are a little ahead of me. Ran into a lynel and got dirt napped quicker than I realized wth was going on. Went back to the other side of the map and got to Zoras domain. Shutting it down for the night.
