I was able to run 5 or 6 games yesterday in a 3 hour window. Tried again after work in the evening and couldn't get in one.

I have played like 2 matchmaking games since launch. Just been playing custom. Id like to start rolling with a crew in matchmaking but don't want it to take forever

This. Honestly, I'll start matchmaking when the servers are stable.

Searching solo is not nearly as problematic as searching with others in your party, which sucks. Think I will wait till tomorrow afternoon to give it another shot, or whenever they release a statement about it being fixed.

I'm not the campaign type, but since I have no other choice, I started playing through Halo 4. Holy crap is "Forerunner" on legendary hard as hell. Finally beat it though.

Get in one match about every hour, don't know how 343 fricked up this bad.
Also is it just me or is hit box messed up, I'm a little rusty but something just feels off.
