Each peice of your inventory effects your DPS on your firearm, your health meter, and your skill rating. You have to balance them out. One may be a higher level, but take away from your DPS, but increase your health or vise versa. You just have to make decisions about what you would rather have.

And how effective they are if I remember right.

Wanna be a crowd controlling tanky guy? Health , Skills, DPS in that order. High ROF weapons for suppression and a shotty for up close fighting. Turrets and security skills IMO(This is what I plan on being once I hit top level.)

Up front fighter that can take a beating? Health, DPS, Skills in that order. High damage weapons with damage perks.

Up front fighter that is a little more fragile but wants more damage? DPS , Health, Skills in that order. You'll have to be more aware of your situation, but you'll do more damage

Damage monster? DPS , Skills, Health in that order. Sniper rifle and tech damage is your buddy.

Support / heals? Skills , DPS , Health in that order.
Snipe to support, SMG for when things get a little messy. Toss out heal stations and turrets while you survey the field to support your teammates with a sniper or semi auto rifle


I've been watching many streams and reading about the game a lot and this is how I see things unfolding as far as team dynamics go
