Yeah. I think they can recover if they start releasing content at a regular clip. I'm willing to give them a little break with that because of Covid. There is some good stuff there, but it needs more content and new characters.

Every character, but in particular Hulk, is all about the build out.
Also Hulk taunts his enemies and the AI focuses on him.
Staying close to youre healer until your sufficiently built is a solid strategy, especially if she is built correctly.
This game is getting better and when the DLC/ full roster drops I expect it to have a resurgence.
Cap is the most fun to play as though.

Thor is a monster. He and Iron Man are easily the two best to play with. Hulk and Black Widow are the worst.

I am looking forward to playing through single player when this game goes on sale. I have no idea why they thought this game would be a good fit for a games as a service model.

I wonder what this means for all of the planned DLC and extra characters? I still play maybe once or twice a week and enjoy the side missions even if they are just rebuilt from the main storyline.
Thor is still my go to, but I've been advancing Cap. My issue with people that can't fly is that it takes way too long to traverse a map with 5-6 objectives.

Kate Bishop coming in two weeks. It looks like each character is going to come with an additional story chain. Hawkeye slated for early 2021. Those were the only two they previewed.
It looks like they are trying to fix the traversal issues. Kate Bishop has a heroic that lets her create portals with her arrows. They didn't mention anything about the cloning labs in the war table though.

It’s a fun play. I didn’t realize at all going in it was almost like a Destiny style game post regular campaign. Seemed like a strange decision

It’s fun but frick they need content in the worst way. The campaign is 10-12 hours and even if you do all of the Avengers Initiative missions, you only double that time.
I want a sequel, but only if they learn their lessons and don’t repeat them.
