What would be appropriate armor level to fight ganon? I've got a lvl 2 champions leathers and everything else is lvl 3 Hylian. Trying to find the light dragon again for champions leathers upgrade but so far no luck.

I am so not there yet.
There was an article that came up in my news feed about suggested order of tackling the regional phenomenon that seemed solid. They say Wind then Water because Tulin's gust ability can help you extend your glide for the rest of the game when exploring.
That horse is out of the barn for me, since I did Water first, but thought the rationale was there for beginning in Rito.
There was no suggestion for the final two.

The game also points you in the direction of going Wind first. I think it's Purah who suggests heading that way. Also, the newspaper quest that you get right before Rito seems like an early game quest to encourage exploration. After Wind, Purah suggested Fire next. So, I'm just following her orders.

I’ve taken the approach of wandering aimlessly and happened upon the Goron area first for the regional phenomena shite. Made it to the underground area last night before hanging it up for the night.

Has anyone fought a Gleeok yet? I've seen a few, but ran like hell.
I’ve watched my son whip up on them, lots of keese eyeballs and some freaking weapons I can’t even imagine, but that kid is on a different level on this game than I am. I see them and just say, “Nah, I’m good.”

Yeah, I met up with Tulin first and cleared the Monster Forces miniboss fight, but didn't really understand the game mechanics well enough at the time to get a fix on how to start the climb to the Wind Temple.
When I picked that quest back up, it was old hat and I was able to navigate straight to the first sky island.
PSA - The shrines outside/adjacent to the Temples will teach you some of the core mechanics you'll need to reach the Temples themselves.

This guy does a good job showing how to locate the dragons.

Makes me mad because right after I did the thing (no spoilers), the light dragon was flying right in front of the next tower I warped to. The idea would be to stay on its back until you get all resources (letting it recharge every 10 minutes), but at the time I Had no arrows, so I couldn't get horns/fangs.

Water temple final boss fight wasn’t hard but it was tedious.

im so turned around in the fire temple

I absolutely hated the fire temple. I was so confused. I'm working on the water temple right now.

If you’ve done the wind temple already, I saw no reason to use the carts at all. Granted I had an extra stamina wheel and Tulin, but I didn’t use those carts even once.

I didn't blow up one set of rocks for the last damn lock. One shot the boss. Nice throwback

i finally got around to building the goblin vehichle or whatever you want to call it. total game changer for getting around the depths after putting a giant bloomseed on the front. takes some tinkering but if you want to try:
1. Place your steering stick on the edge of an elevated platform
2. Tilt the front fan 45 degrees and make sure it’s lined up straight before attaching.
3. Add the back fan at the same 45 degree tilt.
4. Test it out, and if you still have annoying drift, view it from above and re-position the fans so that they are centered.
5. Save the build to your favorites tab in auto build so you don’t have to go through this process every time.
—-Also—
When you are ready to land ( it won’t always be pretty ) just tap B and free fall down and then tap A to gain control again right before it hits the ground ( you’ll become a pro at this with some practice).
