I still have friends there. I may be able to make it happen.

Then you can sleep more and live the episode where Zack dreams of finding oil under the football field and they become rich with hot tubs in the locker rooms, until they realize that oil kills the animals that they set free from a science class project because their illegitimate science teacher understands nothing about ecosystems and how a man made pond behind a school is not the best place to house wildlife.

I'm not working out after work so I may be, because little bro is coming over to pick up a dresser. Who knows what time I'll actually be on.

Played WWII last night with some internet friends from the past.

Switched to Siege and felt better about life.

Who here actually eats a full on breakfast every morning?

i do.

i used not to until 6 months ago.

Wifey tried for over a year to find me a breakfast option that i could eat on the way to work or when i arrive to work. that was reasonably healthy and not all carbs (biscuit, bagel, breakfast sandwich).

Finally, she gave up and just decided to cook breakfast meat over the weekends. Then she cooks me 2 eggs with her eggs every weekday morning. So today for example I had 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon.

That's pretty much what I did when I was doing keto.

Speaking of keto, I need to start back. Not because of weight but I just generally felt better. Any of you tried it?

Yea, ill take out 5 (one for each day of the work week). Wrap them in a damp cloth or paper towel when i heat them (30-40) seconds.

Ill sautee veggies, then add eggs (I figure 1 egg per burrito). I switch up meats, but its normally ground beef or chicken, & sometimes chorizo. ill but some black beans, shredded cheese and salsa in as well.

nice.

another one is egg muffins.

Whip a dozen eggs.
Pour mix into muffin tins.
Drop in breakfast meat and cheese (and/or mushrooms, peppers, spinach, onions, etc).
Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees until eggs look fluffy.
Let cool.
Freeze the ones you won't be eating in the next 4-5 days.
Every morning pop one or 2 of them in the microwave before leaving for work.
2 of them are more filling than you'd think.

frick i'm hungover

keto would be impossible for me due to liking beer too much

Mediterranean diet is more ideal IMO. everyone I know who fricked with keto would see good results but eventually slip up and put the weight back on. also whined about "feeling sick" due to "ketosis" ... sounds awful TBH

Hell yes. These are awesome. My wife discovered these a while back, yet again, for keto. I'd forgotten about them till now.

I ate two scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and cheese this morning. But I have to force it down. Just not hungry at 6:00 am.

I could eat a full fledged breakfast anytime of day

Just too lazy to make myself anything since I wake up and leave for work in a 5 minute period

Same.

I thought so too, but I cut down my IPA intake and switched to Miller lite (because it's the lowest carbed beer that's tolerable.). Only time I would drink was Friday nights or have like 2 beers with the bros at the trail head after mountain biking.
