I could just do without the slow motion fight scene part at the very end.

Wouldn't be an FPS campaign without it.

Did you see that FPS flow chart in Game Informer? It brings some lulz.

I'll see if I can find it...

Honestly, what else do you do in a campaign? They're afterthoughts anyway. What it comes down to is that these stories are like movies. There are scenes, lines of dialogue, etc. Some of them are well written and presented (MoH), some are exciting but cliche (CoD), and some are mixed bags (BF3).

I thought there were some really nice spots in the BF3 story. The tank mission was good...I liked the beginning mission as the USMC in Iran. I liked the mission where they get to the bank or whatever and find the one nuke. But the ending was...lame.

SEMI SPOILERISH

The ending reminded me of the MoH ending...I guess they're going to pick up the next one with Dima just like I guess they'll pick up the next MoH with the T1 guys finding their target at the cafe.

...for the publisher. I enjoy a good campaign, but they're few and far between. I guess that's why I'm playing more games like Fallout and Skyrim.

They could have done so much more, but as you said, they're probably holding things back for the next one...which is lame.

It's the cliche Texas high school football show. Cheerleaders, injuries, alcoholics, small town drama, but I'm entertained. I almost started the second season last night but it was already 1 in the morning.
