Historically, each year's release is based on the previous season's roster, so it's totally doable.

they're not going to release a 2024 game with 2023's roster. don't be silly.
that's not how they did it anyway. technically, it was named the year ahead of the season. not the previous. probably due to the nat'l championship falling in that year. if i were a betting man, it's going to be called "EA Sports College Football 25" for the '24-'25 season.
