How's The Londoner as an after work setting? Some are looking to set something up next week but they want pool tables and shite. Is there somewhere better, yet not trashy?

It's pretty cool and laid back. They have a shuffleboard table that is really nice. I want to say there is a pool table, but I could be wrong.

The lady and I are doing this calorie counting thing on the My Fitness app. This thing says I have to consume 2850 calories to MAINTAIN my weight. I counted calories for my first day yesterday (I've never done this before, so it was kinda interesting) and I had her entire daily calorie intake (about 1600) left to eat after I ate supper.
It told me if I ate everyday like I did yesterday I'd weigh 159 LBS in 5 weeks. How in the frick?

what did you put as your level of activity?
I put the one above sedentary. I don't think you're supposed to include if you work out when you choose your level. I'm not sure though
My calories are around 1500-1700 or something like that, but then again, i'm doing it to lose

I put the one right above the most active one. I took into account that I work out, though. Maybe I did that wrong.
Okay, I recalculated and my new calorie goal is 2230. I put Sedentary because I do sit at a desk a good part of the day.

Yeah, it looks like with P90X3 twice a day I burn anywhere from 350-500 calories doing those.

Really want this. I did the original P90 and did X for a while, but an hour a day 6 days a week was a bit much. I'm not going to do that cult crossfit garbage, so this might be the way to go. 30 minutes is definitely manageable.

The 30 minutes a day thing is flat out genius and you really do get the feeling you're doing something. It also helps me want to do double workouts because they're a manageable time and that makes them versatile.

We have a few people in our church doing it, and if it's your thing, fine, and I know it works, but some of them are starting to turn a-hole'ish about it already.
