You don't have to be an internet badass to think Wal-Mart is full of suck and depression.

Those types are insufferable. I'll shop at Walmart if it is of some convenience but I'm glad to have other options now

Walmart wouldn't actually be that bad if you didn't have to wait in line for 45 minutes. If you could just get in line, pay for your shite and it take about 10 minutes it'd be worth walking through the real life people zoo.

Dang, that's a busy store. Of course, I can usually go through the express lane.

I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean. Get in line, it's 4 people deep with full buggies, the check out animal has to leave the register for 10 minutes without saying why, that old thing.

this rarely happens

the one in denham now has about 12 self checkouts

i dont like using them if i have a bunch of produce, or of course alcohol or special shite like that.....but I usually don't go to walmart for a big list anymore

You may be exaggerating, but it's real down my way

30 registers, 4 being used. 2 are 20 items or less. No self checkout

I really hated when they removed the self checkout from our local store. They said it cost too much money to maintain, but I'm certain they got tired of correcting mistakes like grandpa ringing up his condensed milk 5 times by accident.

Maybe if they weren't being used in that store? I know the ones in Prairieville are always open, always being used, and there are more self checkouts than there are open checkout lines.

the one in denham has a redesigned self checkout area

you walk in to this big square area with about 12 of them around the perimeter of the square...theres one person in the middle overseeing everyone.....seems to work out

theres only one entrance into this "square"...so you can form one line and just take the next open one, even though i've never seen them all being used
