Anyone ever notice an unlock not showing up in the customization menu? I unlocked Below Radar for the attack choppers, but it's not showing as an upgrade. 
I didn't plan on using it, just noticed it wasn't there.

DL itunes to your ps3. Sync ps3 with pc.
