I still think the flash suppressor as an attachment is bullshite. That is standard.

I have to gloat for a minute.. I just hit a new personal record in the weight room. 132.5 Kilos on Power clean. Thats no sissy straps. that's grabbing the bar with my mits cleaning it in a full squat and standing up.. boom!!

I got into it my Junior year in high school. My school was starting a coed competition team and they took some willing football players to come try it out.
They do recruit for it, its a lot harder to recruit b/c of a very small recruiting budget and scholarships arent as good as, lets say, football.
I no longer cheer btw.

It's much better IMO. I used to get nervous shooting long distances while chasing someone because I'd run out of rounds so fast, the dude would just turn around and smoke me with like 5% health
