I'm loving the game so far. Played quite a few career tournaments. I'm still trying to find that perfect balance between being able to compete and not just dominating the field.
If you go up from one difficult to another, and it gets too hard, you can turn up how good the players you are competing against are.
I'm currently on the second level of difficulty, with cpu players turned up to the highest level. I'm leading the legends championship (I'm assuming that's supposed to be the masters) by 3 after two rounds. If I run away with it, I'll bump my difficulty up and maybe the computer down a notch to see how that works.

I got it on PC. I've enjoyed it so far. Haven't had any of the swing issues others have been mentioning. The gameplay has been solid and the technical skills needed for the course on the harder difficulties is very nice.
Graphics are okay, nothing spectacular.
Career mode i'm barely done anything with, but it has been fine. Nothing stellar, but serviceable.
Course creator is going to be awesome down the road though.
If you are dying for a golf game, I think it is worth the money. If not, it will be fine waiting for price to drop some and additional content to roll out.

My opinion... I'd say if you liked TGC19 you will enjoy this as much or more.
If you are used to the old Rory, Tiger Woods EA games, you'll have some adjusting to do.

Its more difficult but that is a good thing. I think they will tweak the putting a good deal to make it more similar to TGC19 but its a very well done game.

I was watching some streams and it looked significantly easier.

It is very easy on the lower difficulties. There is some good difficulty customization though. It is very similar to TGC games mechanic wise.
I haven't messed around with it yet, but yes you are supposed to be able to play on other people's courses.

I went to pro-am swing difficulty and everything went to shite. Slow fast fast fast slow perfect fast. Inconsistent aa hell.
I have enjoyed it so far. The putting hitch is annoying but I've managed to not have it too bad.

Go to a local match and then change the course. You should be able to search for them from there

After about 10ish rounds I'm able to get close to par or break par on Pro consistently, trying next to hone in Master. Legend is damn near impossible. Missed the Korn Ferry qualifier by one shot my first attempt and made it on the second.

Golf Club of Degenerates. No entry fees or tournament fees until we get a big following if at all haha. I know I’ll have about 5 ppl from my friends group who will join.

Well, it's much different, but for the better. The graphics won't knock your socks off, and you won't be able to put insane amounts of side spin on your balls to make them bounce all over. It's much more realistic, and more difficult.

Was down for me for a few minutes last night. I was a bit pissed because I thought the PGA tour mode could be played offline. Said it wasn't available though.
