ILike, what should I do? Throw it in another computer, format it, then put it back in mine for OS install?

Or am I just missing where to do it in Asus' GUI bios?

I finally have a day off.. gotta figure it out while I have the time

Bought Sim City 4 Complete Edition, $19.99 is too good to pass up and get rid of my shitty pirated version. Never played Cities of Tomorrow anyways so woot woot.

Yeah, I guess just connect it to another PC and format it. Without being there or seeing screenshots/pictures I have no idea what you're doing wrong. A completely blank, functional, unformatted drive (100% unallocated space), with no other HDDs connected to the PC, should be perfect for a fresh Windows install. You wouldn't need to tell it to format the disk, but rather choose the unallocated space and continue with install.

You should not and generally cannot use the bios to format a drive.

SATA port number should not make a bit of difference. But if it worked, ok.

So. I seem to always have problems with pre installed case USB ports. They always seem to give corrupted data whenever I use them. I'd like to be able to take advantage of their accessibility. In just about every case I've had there has been issue with them. Mobo USBs always work fine, so it's got to be something I'm doing wrong.

Anyone having issues with amd's latest beta drivers? I'm running at nearly half core clock under load and inquisition is having DirectX hangups...can't even get out of the opening cinematic.

What game? I didn't have any issues with DA:I, but I have a lot of issues with Far Cry 4.

Any game. Dragon Age: Inquisition crashes during the opening cinematic. Dragon Age: Origins drops frame rate constantly. Arkham City runs 100% usage but won't clock past 500. HL2 won't clock past 500 either.
