Pretty good, nice and easy to set up.

The Fury X came with one as well, they do a great job of cooling under any load or OC.

I'm hoping Vega has the same option.

I think I am the only that actually has one of those to give a legit answer.

Monitor question: I received this as a birthday present:

Microcenter link

Running a GTX 970, so it should keep up. What is more important: the gsync and high refresh rate, or a higher res than 1080? I have some time to exchange if this was a mistake.

At 1080p with a 970, you should be okay with gsync with the 144 hz refresh rate.

I don't have one, but in general, even cheap water cooling is highly effective for GPUs because of the larger die size and direct contact with the block, vs. CPUs with smaller dies and an integrated heat spreader in the way.

do yall mind taking a look at this build. Its for a family member who wants to use it for simple office tasks. budget is $500 sans OS and peripherals. Family member may be interested in two monitors, so I might throw two of these in there as well. thanks for your feedback

Looks good. I don't think you need the CPU cooler, but its your preference.

I have an (probably outdated) ASRock 970 Extreme3+ MOBO, and want to upgrade my Graphics card. Looking at this:

MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 3GB GDDR5 DirectX 12 VR Ready (GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING 3G)

I don't plan on getting VR, and I don't have a 4K monitor or a monitor with 144hz... is this overkill? I do stream, so I figured this is a significant upgrade over the 750Ti I am running right now.
