It just doesn't make sense in a video game since the calculations were already made.

It doesn't really add any realism to the game in my opinion, but maybe others really like that.

I'm hoping they have the clock system working really well so that I can get in a realistic game in terms of number of plays and associated stats within the abbreviated time.

Yea, there should be a feature to turn it off imo.

Apparently Kansas has the same offensive firepower as Ole Miss. Colorado being that high is a joke. And no offense to LSU but they just lost a Heisman QB and 2 first round wide receivers. No way in hell they should be that high

A lot of those I disagree with like VT and don't understand teams like WVU being left off but I'm glad they scaled the ratings down big time compared to 2014 which had like 27 teams rated in the 90's for offense.

Yeah there are some sus rankings/ratings there but they did confirm that ratings can and will be updated as the season goes along so I wouldn’t really worry about it unless you plan to be playing regular online matchups regularly which I have basically no interest in.

just goes to show that the people making this game don’t actually watch, care or know anything about college football and are just putting the biggest brands at the top. “Oh Colorado got a cover player and they’re coached by Deion Sanders I’ve heard of him! They must be good! Make them 89 ovr”… frickers shouldn’t have a lineman over 75 rating in reality.

ETA: why the frick would you think usc falls off a cliff offensively without Caleb Williams and lsu won’t? Lincoln Riley still has great skill talent and should at least be better than Memphis and smu

I wonder if we can get more momentum started about a TD online dynasty because a few people have asked on tRant
and potentially two separate ones for PS5 and Xbix Series X/S since it isnt crossplay this year

PFF has great individual metrics and all but they will ignore competition and situations and they absolutely have biases. Always thought their metrics and performance indicators would work better in video games because you have more accurate information to work with and you can take the human bias out of it all.

Colorado DEF being ranked same as LSU is funny af

Matt House effect lingers I guess if we are ranked the same as a historically bad defense..

What are the odds both Sanders boys are over 90 overall

Wonder how heavily Colorado’s overall is being carried by a few players’ ratings. Until then I’m not going to freak out about this.
