Yup. Ima say this...the big ground war has a place in the franchise now. Also need a bit more tweaking but it is nice to see that CoD can make it work and if they are trying to become a modern BF then im all for it.

I have been saying it since BF4...the only thing that can save BF is Bad Company 3.

Well there you go. If you are not really good you won't get the connection distance issues. Matchmaking always has prioritized location as well. But when they are trying to find high skill players they have to reach out farther.

The majority of players are not good. That is the entire point of SBMM for them and they have said as much. They want the casual players($$$) to have a good time. It makes sense but it sucks for skilled players and really really sucks for bad friends of skilled players.

If you still are skeptical I will gladly let you join my party.

Edit: also a 1.0 kd is kind of the goal with SBMM. That isn't like you should be getting de-ranked. Although we have no idea what their actual elo algorithm is.

I feel like I am getting that though. I'm playing with south american players constantly. Players that are well above my skill level. I got game server disconnects 5 or 6 times last night. Ally diagnostics from my end were fine. That's my point.

I just am not seeing this as the case. Maybe something is just off for mine, but i'm playing against all sorts of guys that are going 30-5 type games constantly. Had multiple games last night where at least three people on the opposing team were over a 5.0 k/d. Lots of players that already have gold level guns and what not. The people i'm getting matched with largely are well above my skill level.

I get that, but i've got a 1.0 not because the game is matchmaking with any type of level skill base, i've just started camping in the back and sniping. I haven't been truly playing the game or objective. I'll snipe and get 6-7 kills in a game and die about the same. If I try and play an objective at all, i'm going 4-5 kills and 12-15 deaths minimum. Part of that is i'm just not good at this game right now, but not all of it.

725 is up there with the most OP guns that have ever existed. It is just dumb right now and I am literally shocked it hasn't been buffed yet. Pubs basically aren't playable rn between it and claymores.

The maps are so so bad. Gun runner and hackney yard are imo the only maps that have a chance at being enjoyable over the long haul. If they don't bring in "normal cod style" maps soon they are going to lose the fan base. I think BO4 maps + the game mechanics of MW would have been a really good game.

I will add that I really don't play hardcore, ground war, gun game, the 2v2 thing etc. it is possible some of those modes are fun, I just personally don't enjoy them.

I play hard point,dom, hq, kill confirmed, Tdm, Snd. This game so far has been the least fun i have had playing these modes of any cod. I have about two more weeks before i move onto something else unless changes come or new maps.

I really do think this game could be good but right now i firmly believe it isn't enjoyable.

The spawn camping that is possible on all these maps is out of control. Dudes just posting up with sentry gun in the spawn.

Got the game last night due to PUBG maintenance. It's alright, ended with a 1.3 k/d after 4 games (won all 4 tho ). The maps are straight up garbage though.

Played Hackney yard (alright), St. Petrograd (my favorite of the 4 I played), Piccadilly and Cave. The last two are absolutely atrocious
