Yea i've been playing pretty passive. Hasn't helped much. Basically just been watching zones, not venturing out too much. By the time I see someone, they somehow know exactly where I am no matter what and are able to get off shots first.
I have noticed some inconsistencies in the kill feeds, though I'm sure this is pretty common in COD games. I get killed and have no idea how the person could see me, as they weren't even on my screen, yet on the kill feed I am 100% in their line of sight.

I'm level 22 and still my highest kill streak is 6. Yet, my K/D is 1.15. I've only been playing TDM and Dom basically with 1 match of Ground War thrown in.. just don't like Ground War. Have to say I currently am part of the problem right now though using Shrapnel with Claymores and the perk for two primary weapons. You all know what the second weapon is..

Running list of my issues with the game.
1. SBMM is way too strong. (My wish would be it was removed all together but whatever)
2. Fresh lobbies after every game.
3. M4, and shotguns.
4. Mounting.
I still like the game a lot but these things stop it from being great. I am sure they will try and balance the weapons. The other 3 I doubt they ever do anything about.

I saw someone saying they were going to be nerfing the 725 today, no clue if it is legit or not, but it needs it bad.
My biggest gripe with the game is the maps. They are just bad. I can take the fact that I just suck at it right now, but the maps are so terribly designed. Lots of spawn camping. That bridge map and the london one may be two of the worst maps I've ever played in a game.

I'm not sure it does exist. I've been playing against a ton of people that are well over rank 100 in the game. I'm still in the 20's.

it 100% exists. I can play by myself and be 2-2.5 KD, but when I play with Pevy (40-5 type player), I'm pushing 1 +/- .2 or so.

It exist and it is extremely harsh.
My friends who are not that good don't even want to play with me because the lobbies they get put into will just mop them.
Edit: also it's obvious as shite when players gamertags are from other parts of the country and you see no names like LSUdad or Nolawhatever.
Not to mention the long matchmaking que times on a brand new game, that apparently has the most players in COD for the last 6 years.
A new lobby after every game is also a sign.

I don't even have a big issue with the maps. They have some I really like. As you play you learn the areas not to go.

Just because you are only lv 20 it does not mean you are low in elo.

I’ve noticed if I play with friends I typically get around a 3 KD
I might get 1.2 on my own

I play with about 6 people regularly. It's painfully funny how much different the lobbies are depending on who is on at the time. If one of my bad friends are with me I can get 30 kill in a death match. If a higher skilled one is on or I am solo, I am sweating to get a 1.2 K/d with 12 kills.

I got Piccadilly 5 times in a row last night between TDM/DOM game types. Albeit I do leave lobbies after each match to usually look at my loadouts. Needless to say it almost made me uninstall the game. I was fuming.

True, but I can assure my ELO is garbage. I have a 1.0 k/d, awful score per min, awful win %. I am not good at this game.

Saw a rumor about 36 new maps or some shite. Not sure if true.
Ahh datamine found 38 new maps.
Like I said..I like that people are passionate about the game right now and hoping some of the problems are fixed because I think most of us feel that this game is a step in the right direction for the franchise and we all just want it to be good again.
Should also not that maps will be free.
