last night i was robbing a homestead and the family/gang(?) was putting up a fight. there were people in the barn windows and i hit one with a perfect shot through the temple and i had the slo mo kill and everything. turns out i annihilated a middle aged woman. i legit felt bad over what i was doing, ive never felt that way over a video game

I mentioned a few pages back that I decided to start a second run at about 50% through the first one. My thinking was I'd play through the first chapter and get down out of the mountains and do a hard save file at the start of the second chapter. That way I'd always have a brand new character to come start at any time I feel like starting a new game.
Been having an absolute blast doing nothing but hunting and treasure seeking. I've played the second character far enough to move to the second camp but have spent hours collecting pelts, legendary animals and fish, outfits, and upgrades. Tons of small little details and side missions I missed on my first time through as well.

That’s exactly what I did. Minus the forethought to save right out of the mountain on playthrough 1. I just got to the second camp. Working on finding the 3rd clue to the serial killer right meow

It's kill or be killed out in the wild west

I assume. The map only has 3 pieces.

The map has three pieces, and then you have to find the killer using the map clues.

Well shite, and I just found out the random phrases you find painted in drawers are cheat codes you can enter in the pause menu

But you permanently lose the ability to save if you use them. Which is stupid

Arthur Morgan: far worse serial killer hunting down a very minor serial killer.

If you see a blind man on the street point your gun at him. He may not actually be blind

Anyone else get a kick out of doing a quickdraw against someone, and the auto-aim just goes right to the dick?

This is probably a stupid question this far into the game, but the sleeping by campfire save the game for you?
I'm not totally sure? I just always manually save before I put the ps4 to sleep just in case I lose electricity or something.

I believe anytime you sleep, it autosaves. I usually do a manual save anyways though.

Last night I came across an escaped prisoner who asked me to shoot his shackles off his feet. I was feeling generous so I obliged. He gave me a tip to go check out Aberdeen pig farm north of Rhodes. So I went there and came across a rather interesting couple...anyone else done this?
I hogtied him and tried to return him to the sheriff, got reported for kidnapping.

Yea, I've learned you can't seem to turn in anyone that is already captured. I've taken the jail wagons that have people to the sheriff and get in trouble.

I think you can shoot the shackles off the prisoner that asks you to, get the location of a robbery, then turn him into a sheriff. I think.

I guess I’m retarded, because I have no idea how to manually save it
Always just did the campfire thing
