When you correctly answer the riddle (usually a simple number jumble), it jumps up into the sky and shows you where it's located. When it comes back to the console, it's reset, you can do the same math equation again and keep spawning ships...the only thing you have to fix to be able to fly is the lift thruster and pulse drive. As long as you have iron, plutonium, and heridium, you can theoretically bounce around up until the max slots...
I've moved from 21 slots to 28 using this method. Considering 28 slot ships are usually 3-5 million, I've saved myself a ton of time and Units.
I still have my 3.5 million units and a 28 slot ship, as well as a 30 slot exosuit and 16 slot multitool.

Yeah, I've been flung into space a half dozen times or so. While it's funny to see it happen to someone else, I'm getting to the point it pisses me the frick off.

I'm more interested to see details ofwhat they plan to add.
It's an interesting concept but I like my sandboxes to be able to give me goals. Not anything overt and built into the game, but personal accomplishments.
That was always the appeal of Minecraft. Want to build a fort around your main mine shaft, go for it. Want to expand it with clever traps to protect it, have fun. Want to undertake building a working computer in the game, more power to you.
This seems to be more of a backdrop of a good game than anything.

What do I use for ammo in my bolt caster? I have it fully charged but it says 0% for ammo.

One more question -- PIRATES, how do you deal with these?
I was blasting away at a big old copper asteroid and 2 sumbiches came after me. I shot one down, died to the other, and then the game crashed on the ps4.

Dude I have like a multi-million dollar ship with a ton of upgrades and still lose every spaceship fight. Granted, I've only been in like 10-15 of them.
I can typically manage to get one down, but always die to the second one. If I see them coming I just try and haul arse back onto a planet.

No map, which kind of sucks. The closest thing is the 3d 'map' on the dash of your spaceship which shows you which way planets are.
If I can't find a space station For a sec I just turn in circles until the emblem pops up.

There is an ultimate goal and a tad bit of story, but as far as I've encountered, it isn't deep really.
