Although I have really started keeping up with NALCS this split, I barely know anything about LCK.. Who's the favorite there? Anyone in particular?

I know the top teams are KT, SSG, SKT, and LZ... does one of them seem stronger? Can NA compete? I have heard the have a different meta that NA isn't comfortable with or something like that.

This game is impossible in ranked. fricking impossible.

I am Jungle Nocturne. I give our Yi first blood on a counter gank during my first clear, then get the kill right after.

I start off 6/0/2, constantly ganking and getting pressure once I hit six. I even get first tower for my team after a successful gank bot giving our bot lane a double kill. Drag after that.

I'm thinking, Hmmm this is going to go well for us.

Oh wait, what's that? My team feeds the enemy tryn jungle 15 kills in 20 minutes? Yep.

We are pushing down mid for an open inhib late game, we are spam pinging to group...our Yi literally leaves right before the team fight breaks out to go kill scuttle....we lose the team fight and lose the game...

I mean, I Couldn't have put our team in a better position early game than I did and they still found a way to frick it up.

I feel like your win % in ranked is solely dependent on your teammates being less retarded and having less down syndrome than the enemy team.

I'm not naive enough to think or say "I deserve Plat/Diamond/Masters etc..." but I feel like a lot more of this game is out of your control than is in your control.

Last night's game was a perfect example of doing what I can within my own control, yet the incompetence of our/my team as a whole far outweighed that.

I don't expect to win every game and I don't expect everyone on my team to always be really good. But it's so damn frustrating when you play a good game by reasonable standards, but lose because the rest of your team feeds the Tryndamere 22 kills.

Spend 40 minutes in a game doing a really good job, only to lose LP and receive a loss. Makes it very difficult to queue up for that next game.

I'm with you, dcrews. I feel like I do my job most games. I mean everyone will have a bad game, but I feel like I put myself in a position to help my team. As mid, I don't lose too many lanes and I seem like I'm always up on my opponent. If I have a bad KD in a match, its because we got totally dumpstered adding 3-4 deaths in the last 4-5 mins.

I also agree that I don't think I'm amazing at this game, but I feel like Gold is my skill level. I just can't get there. I literally would not touch ranked again after getting GV.

One of my biggest complaints lately is people (usually early game) getting caught out. I know they are going to die, because there is usually 2-3 people there and it's a lost cause, so I stay in my lane and farm to try to keep my lead. I get flamed that I didn't assist.. when I know there was a high chance we give them 2 instead of one.

I also get really irritated when someone backs (I see them cast recall) ping missing 2-3 times over 30-45 seconds and they gank a side line and I get flamed for not following my laner. I get it if they disappear into jungle.. but they backed at 10% health. I know where they went, and expected them to return promptly to lane since it was pushed in.

I look at it this way....I may not be having a double digit kill game consistently, but 9 times out of 10 I feel I am not a liability to my team, and I certainly feel like I am rarely THE reason my team loses.

I don't need teammates to be great or even good. I just need them to not be worse than bad. All I'm asking is that you as a teammate not come out of laning phase at 15 minutes and your lane opponent have 8+ kills.

This is so true. Someone will roam into an unwarded part of the jungle chasing an enemy with no one else showing on the map, he gets 4v1'd and the "?" pings start getting spammed over the nearest ally

I give up.

Twitch adc steals my red at the beginning of the game bc "he needs it more"...then team flames me for not ganking pre 6 as a nocturne who is behind because of stolen buff by teammate.

Every lane loses and enemy team is attacking our inhib turrets before 20 minutes.

Did I mention that I also had more farm than my mid laner by 15 minutes? Yeah.

Top it all off, two people on team have barely over 1k mastery points on their champ which tells me they never play the champ yet join ranked with it.

Meanwhile multiple members on enemy team are mastery seven with a couple having 6 figures in points.

I know masteries may not mean shite to some, but it at least shows you play the champion and understand how they work.

This game is zero fun without premade 5's anymore.

ETA: 2nd Game....I get first blood for my top laner AGAIN, then gank mid for a kill. Started off great AGAIN. Our Ezreal starts being really toxic to our support, so Janna just leaves lane and starts farming jungle and standing in front of enemy towers inting..literally avoiding every team fight... Our ezreal decides he is going to start goofing off as well and we lose a 40 minutes game because people who play this game are 7.

I don't care what anyone says, YOU are not the reason you win or lose. How retarded your teammates are determine the outcome most of the time.

I get a massive early lead in jungle, they hard feed a fricking twitch...or Tryn....etc... I mean frick

7 minutes into my first ranked of the night...every player on my team has 2 deaths, except me...i have zero bc im not fricking retarded...and our Bard has raged at our Draven adc and is now roaming everywhere but bot...this fricking game

ETA: And true to my theory, we had no business winning this game, but the enemy team had someone rage quit after fighting in all chat. This game is a shite show

I went from SI 82LP to Silver IV 50 LP over 3 months.

I legitimately fell from S2 to Bronze 2 then climbed back to silver 4 within two weeks and I'm still winning at a 66% clip. It's been pretty nuts.

TSM clinches first round bye in the playoffs. Win vs CLG tomorrow or Immortals loss to Echo Fox gives TSM #1 seed.

CLG already locked in at #3 and will play #6 Envy.

Cloud9 will play Dignitas as #4 vs #5.
