Get ahead as Nasus in lane...enemy team CONSTANTLY sending 3+ people to the lane I'm in to stop me....After they kill me and I take 1 or two with me....somehow my team has no objectives taken, no vision gained, and all of our lanes are PUSHING TOWARDS OUR BASE.

What were they doing? Backing, farming our own jungle, or walking to the lane 15 seconds too late, then either dying or turning right back around to back.

ETA: I did more damage as full tank Nasus (no tri-force) than my Jungle Yi and my Lucian adc COMBINED

Anyone been playing Jhin lately?

He's really fun to play, but it's equally awful to play if your team doesn't understand the concept of peeling for you since Jhin is so incredibly immobile.

KT 2-0 sweeps LZ to take over sole possession of 1st place in LCK, they were tied for it coming into this final week of LCK.

LZ still has SSG, and KT still has SKT.

Four European League Championship Series teams have applied for charter membership in the North American League Championship Series, sources close to the teams and Riot Games told ESPN.

G2 Esports, Fnatic, Splyce and Misfits submitted applications before a July 28 deadline to apply, the sources said.

I don't know how many charter spots they will be allowing, but I wouldn't want any of the European teams on the NA except for fnatic. And no current NA teams should be dropped in favor of the EU. Even those that are playing in the CS promos.

Splyce and Misfits are based in NA so that would make sense. G2 and Fnatic make no sense, though. Also from what I understand, even if these orgs did get accepted, they'd have to drop 3/5 of their roster and replace them with NA players. The import rules would still apply.

SKT needs to call in ReginaId to talk to the team.

Apparently import rules may be changing a bit again, but from the sounds of it moreso for the couple of guys that got screwed the first time (Piglet, Impact, Fenix and I forget the other).

TL's owner Steve said there is a good chance Piglet gets NA status next year instead of 2019.

Probably be quite a few new changes when it's all said and done come 2018.

I just wouldn't like seeing already established NA teams being bumped in favor of the EU teams applying.

FlyQuest is the only one I would kick for any one of those 4 teams. FLY probably won't get in regardless.

EU LCS already struggling in more ways than one. If they lost fanatic and g2 it would be like a challenger league I doubt Riot would let that happen. Not in their best interest to do so.

SKT vs KT tonight. Means a lot for KT, means nothing for SKT as they can't get a bye no matter what.

KT wins they lock up 1st place, best SKT can get is 3rd.

Thorin's Thoughts on NA LCS/EU and China wanting in

Good watch, apparently his sources say Riot has big time deals already in place and on the horizon for next year that "more than makes it worthwhile from a revenue standpoint" which is why all these orgs have zero problem paying 10m to get in.

Hopefully they do this right, definitely sounds good so far.

Wonder who they have deals with? Given that it's a lot of kids watching/following I assume there won't be liquor deals like Budweiser etc.

Riot EU's response:

quote:

snowbird from the Riot EU team here. We don’t want to tease something before it’s ready, but wanted to address some of the topics that have been raised here. Some of the main things on our radar that we’ve been discussing with EU LCS teams over the past months include: a new format, a new revenue sharing model, longer planning horizons for teams with more viable monetisation for their business, and improvements on our ability to serve and reach our European audience that consists of many countries and languages. We’re not ready to share how it all fits together just yet, but we are working on some spicy changes for Europe and appreciate all the feedback.

Score literally ganked Huni 4 times in the first 6 minutes of the game in game 2. I would have just walked off the stage.

This game is a total stomp.

You never used to see SKT just get absolutely shitstomped 20-2 like that against anyone.

And SKT stomps game 3.

Untara probably just locked up the starting job for SKT heading into the postseason.

KT may not make Worlds now. Good god that LCK Gauntlet is going to fricking insane. SKT 4 seed, gotta make the full gauntlet run to get to Worlds, SSG or Longzhu, Afreeca. 1 spot.

SKT may not be totally "back," but they are improving.

Don't let KT's inability to beat SKT in anything give you false hope.
