Balances out all of the extra champs they added. The bans to number of champs ratio has slowly shrunk over time.
Also, I think this will help get the matches more about comps rather than just always playing the op/over-tuned champs.

I don't know what did it, but my shop now takes up my whole screen. My res didn't change, and changing the UI scale doesn't change the shop size. I don't know what happened..

Not a fan of an assassin meta though.
Played a ton of Talon towards the end of season 6, but they've reworked him. Not like it matters, he's banned in 99% of the games I play. The other 1% he's first picked by the enemy.
Don't really feel like playing boring mids like Annie and Morg to combat this every game. Tanks either.

Totally agree.
Had a friend who mains jungle want to play Kha'zix last night. We played 5-6 matches and he didn't get a chance to play him once. He was either banned or first picked like your Talon experience.
I've played Liss into this meta a lot mid lane. Build Zhonyas first for extra D. They all in, ult them and get damage. If they stick on you zhonyas until combo is back up. Really a nice safe pick.

Season 3 was the solocarry assassin meta and it's commonly referred to as the best season of league ever. The community as a whole knows how to play around assassins in general better now. I'll wait and see how they tweak the power of assassins the rest of the offseason before completely dropping the ADC role. I still prefer this setup compared to the Zed vs. Ahri midlane 90% of games.
