ETA: Oh and don't forget the 5000 HP unkiteable monsters have a smite that allows them to deal true damage.

well that part of this meta "is" about to go away, but they are still going to be good, just more in line of what Riot wants. Let's not forget that - soon.

It's going to be fun to see how Ashe does in 5.9 with her new kit, versus where she is right now. I've watched a few streams of PBE Ashe and it looks like a massive improvement overall for her.
5.9 in general is going to be a great patch, Annie range massive nerf and Morgana pool nerf, Trist E buff, Riven ult nerf.
Only thing that sucks in 5.9 is the pretty large Akali buffs, fricking hate Akali and have been glad she's been terrible for awhile. Idk how much of a diff a .3 to .4 ap ratio increase on her E and a 2 sec lower CD on her E will make though. Hopefully not that much.

Akali won't have the energy regen to sustain E spam.

I am as well.
Having her Q now be her passive is gonna be awesome. With the slow and her new Q, I would imagine she is going to be a machine.
ETA: Does anyone know when this patch takes place?

I have a serious love/hate relationship with Ashe. I had something like a 3.9 KDA with her last season and still managed to go 0/10 or something with her. It was like picking her guaranteed a full retard team.
Played a match vs a Nunu with a Sivir on his team. It was awful, couldn't run from anything. We still won but ugh,I hate Nunu.
