I love the little exposition of stories found on terminals or holotapes. I was in some building with terminals and as I went i Read a series of emails about some guy who proposed to his GF then got systematically friend-zoned

if you're in workbench mode and your cursor is over the person, their responsibility will be highlighted. for instance if they are farming, their crops will be highlighted, if they're on a store or guard post, those will be highlighted.
of course, if their assignment isn't in your field of view, you can't see shite. that's one thing I hate about settlements. you can't see what each person does when you cursor over them.
