I think I was at 6 when I went through it. I took it very slow, racked up on sneak bonuses, and used vats for crits.

Bethesda know how to break your shite! I ran into this bug when I started over, you can't move and have to restart your computer/console to clear it.

That's occasional and need levels to max, INT is from the start.

Barely yet. Frame rate is the biggest reason. Load times are supposed to be better on PC too although they aren't great there either.

Finally paused it after playing for about 20 hours with a 4 hour sleep break. May watch the game unless we look like shite. I'm level 24 now.
