Sorry been studying for a test (fallout just releases and I have a test every week until after finals... what a time to be fricking alive)
But for me (XBone) you use the workshop interface and select a settler and press RB to prompt them to setup the supply line... Right now I have one that I used as a test and...

Site C (in turn) has the same things as Site A
Also know that (this may have already been addressed) your defense rating needs to be more than your food+water rating.
IMO, Local Leader II isn't as important as Science I... this is because it allows you to upgrade to the industrial Water Purifier and get a prime bang for your buck.

So I'm in the theatre waiting for SPECTR to start and all I can think about is what I'm going to do next in the game. Then a Fallout trailer comes on. I can't get away from this game

I have accepted that it has consumed a portion of my soul
Also, for those like me that didnt have a fricking clue, you do not have to get every step of the skill tree down to the one you want, you just need your initial level set that high
my dumbass almost worked all the way down to Local Leader before I figured that out... so fricking stupid

luckily that was the only one I did that with. I spent most of my time just doing the initial SPECIAL sections so, In a way it helped me, but I basically wasted three Levels.
I'm Level 27 and just now did the first part of the main story in diamond city... there is so much to do in this game that its scary
whats even scarier, for hoarders like me, now that all of the random junk you can pick up serves a Viable purpose, I am searching every nook and cranny in this game like a damn Klepto...
ALSO, another note regarding Settlements/Companions... all of the random, better than normal but not as good as what you currently have weapons... instead of scrapping or storing, give them to your settlers or companions and then press Y (XBone) to equip them... you can do the same thing with armor... I have Dogmeat in some schnazzy doggy armor

It's getting pretty obnoxious sorting through all my guns each having 13 words in their name....

Early Diamond City minorish spoiler:
So I accidentally got plastered on Friday night and rescued the Valentine detective. Why was he kidnapped by all of those well dressed fellas? I don't remember.

So you thought you had to unlock the perks in order from top to bottom and not just select the ones you want? Am I thinking correctly on that?

PSA: if you use melee at all, make Dunhill Borers the next location you visit. You won't regret it.

There are some timed quests and they don't tell you.
I picked up a quest in Diamond City and I failed because I didn't finish on time even though I had no clue I had a time limit.

Did you skip through the dialogue like I usually do?
Posted on 11/15/15 at 9:51 pm to sicboy
It is possible I double clicked and missed some dialog informing me I needed to go immediately.
I usually start over at about the 20 hour mark once I've learned the game a bit so this was a good point to start over and I'll pay a bit more attention now that I am rolling on my real player now.

About to have a new wanderer of the waste coming up this early AM.
I've done quite a bit of reading to make sure I don't frick up.
A) Luck is legit and need to level it.
B) only focus on like 2 weapon types so you're not jack of all. Master of none.
Anything else major I need to know?
Oh and to avoid Deathclaws haha
