My understanding is that all weapon stats count except for damage which is equalized. Weapons with different RoF and impact will behave differently and passives are active in pvp as well so it's not like all guns behave the same.

No it is not leveled out in that sense.
Guns stats and skills still matter. Same with armor.
The only things that don't matter in PVP is your Level, Attack and Defense.
So an auto rifle with higher impact will still do more damage in PVP.

Yes. All gun skills matter in PVP. Same with armor.

Well then, I just need to keep leveling it up and it will be good to go. Shadow price is still badass though. I'm using it until I upgrade the range on Suros.

I have both, I use Shadow Price mainly. Just so I can equip Ice Breaker or Truth.

I'll still hold on to it so I can use my exotic shotgun at times. When I do strikes I switch weapons often depending on what I'm fighting. I rarely use my fusion now.

Fusion rifles are great to take down shields but I rarely use anything besides a sniper in my special. Just because on harder difficulties range means staying alive.

I only have a rare sniper so I don't rely on it too much. I may use fusion more when I get bad juju but I have to wait for xur again.

Yea, I have 3 snipers all at 300 attack. All legendary or exotics. I love sniping though.

Damn that's a bunch. I actually ditched the hand cannon bounty because it sucked. Once I had to do 500 points of void damage in crucible it became too much.

Yea, you aren't missing much. I have completed all of the exotic bounties except super good advice. I have just never got that one for some reason. It looks really easy to complete.
As for Thorne, the hand cannon, yea it sucks. If you want a good hand cannon you can by The Devil You Know form the vanguard rep or Lord High Fixer from the crucible vendor.

if im on tonight, ill do it with you.
if you can get past the 3 waves, the rest is cake.
i solo'd the weekly 28 heroic, but cant get past wave 3 on my own on the nightfall.
i got 3 of the wizards down (including the main one withthe name) but i died trying to get the last two or three.
i said frick it and quit after that try. but once you get past that part, the rest is cake. you dont even have to go into the main room at all to kill phogoth.

I know heartbreaking.
Going to take me a little longer to get to lv 30 than I thought. I spent a bunch of shards to get my hunter to lv 28, that way the weekly, nightfall and raid are easy for him.
So I am going to need more shards for my warlock to hit 30.

I have it in my vault. I don't see the point in destroying it for 2 energy. I have tons of guns I never plan on using, just in case they get patched.
