I had start over.. Swordsman not a good first play thru.. Change to Warrior.. Much more of a classic dark souls. lol

I picked the game up on my lunch break. Now I have to wait 5 agonizing hours so I can die a million times.

Whats the benefit of a warrior? I went with a Knight strength build for Dark Souls and never really tried any others.

Amazon is saying mine won't be delivered until Friday

You'll probably be fine with a knight in DS2. In fact I think a lot of the min-maxers for strength builds will be taking the knight due to the lack of wasted starting points in int, and attunement.
But all I know is that the warrior comes with a shield at the beginning of the game. So I'm going with warrior
