I've played this game every year since 09, this is by far the best playing version online. I've played a few games against friends with almost no lag at all. I think four pitches total in two games were affected. The glitch for quitters sounds shitty, but I don't have any desire to play randoms online anymore. I think we need to compile a list of screenames for those who play this game often.
The opened up timing windows helps generate a little bit of offense and makes the whole experience a lot more fun this year as well.

They added two-handed finishes on swings...about damn time.

This game is HUGE.
Was about to buy it digitally just now, and the file is 21.7GB lmao, think I'll just get out and run to walmart afterall, that would take 6 hours+.
Good god.

What did you get that's extra? I downloaded it and it was only 11-12. Only took 3 hours

Nothing, that's what it shows in the PS Store, 21.7GB.

I will give you last year's version. You pay the shipping and its yours. Don't like it at all and don't have near the time to dedicate to getting decent.

I was XBox all the way but I am a big baseball guy and once I played The Show at my brothers house it was over. I bought my PS3 and havent really picked up my XBox controller since, and that was 4 years ago. I do miss XBox Live but I feel like PSN has gotten better since that whole debacle where it was shut down for a month.
You'll love the Show. Let me know your PSN once you get signed up and we will play sometime.
