And to answer another question I saw, you need certain vehicles to access certain places. And those places will have new items and new wood to collect.
For instance, you need a certain kind of wood to make the radio tower I think, and the only way to get that wood is to make the ATV and drive and get it. There's no other way to get there. And right now all the ATV parts aren't in the game, so you can't do that yet.

How do you put furniture where you want it? I can't figure out how to move it when creating it.

I've been collecting the parts that are available for the ATV and motorcycle and upgrading my house along the way. I'm basically just collecting everything I can, upgrading my house, and leveling up as much as possible.

So I just read some really disappointing news. Apparently once the full game releases, some things will be reset. There's a chance our whole game could be reset, but that isn't likely. Here's what the devs said:

Have no clue. They've been updating it pretty regularly and some people are getting new features right now while some people like myself aren't. So it'll be soon I guess, just no official date set.
The features I saw some get that I haven't received are the ability to destroy people's level 1 walls on their base with a hatchet, and a new store layout with more options

The thing that is pissing me off the most right now is when I lose a fight against another player or get overwhelmed by zombies. I go back to collect what's left of my shite and it's just all gone. Nothing there at all.
How the frick is that happening? They couldn't have fit everything in the backpacks, where is my shite?
And at the same time, why do the zombies at the location only attack me and not the opposing player?
So back to no clothes and no weapon. Having to go sneak around the easy locations in my underwear grab thatch. Then using shitty clothes to grind up enough pelts for leather to make the next best set of clothes and weapons. Infuriates me.
I die once and I'm almost back to having nothing but stone, metal, electronics, and whatever food I have cooking or growing.

Yeah my dead body will disappear sometimes too and I can't find it. Most of time it'll still be there tho. I think it's just random bc right now it's all bot players that you see. There's no real people that can steal your stuff. That's also why zombies won't attack them, bc they're not real players.

Someone said they were taking out the triple sneak damage in the 1.5.3 update. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Yep, also just realized that I'm going to need a shite ton of material to fortify my house... didn't realize I was going to have to do this, so my buildings are spread out and huge.. not sure how I'm going to do this.. guess I'll have to make 10 supply runs or so.. good lord
I have found an 'easier' way to collect supplies.. if I only want limestone and wood, I chop a few trees down, and smash a few things of limestone, then go to my inventory and split them until they take up my whole backpack, then switch to AUTO and just watch

Yeah, I'm pretty much just farming currently. I killed an AI player and he happened to have a woodworking bench in his backpack somehow. So I have two of those bad boys making planks non-stop while I gather rocks and wood.
